01 / DESIGN

List staff and locations.

Headcount, locations, existing benefits, and the gaps people are asking you to fix. We map plan options to those needs.

02 / ACTIVATE

Enrol employees and dependants.

Review eligibility, add dependants where selected, and prepare straightforward instructions employees can actually use.

03 / MANAGE

Review utilisation before renewal.

Manage enrolment changes, see aggregated plan reporting, and review costs before renewal—not after a surprise invoice.

BUILD A GROUP BRIEF
Can employees keep seeing their own doctors?

Often, yes. It depends on the network chosen. We show in-network options, out-of-network rules, and likely member costs side by side before you select the plan.

What happens if someone needs a second opinion?

For plans with second-opinion support, a care coordinator helps collect medical records and arrange an independent specialist review. The employee stays in control of medical decisions.

Do managers get to see employees' diagnoses?

No. HR manages eligibility and group-level reporting; individual clinical information belongs with the member and care team. Employer reports are aggregated.

Can we cover remote employees in several countries?

We can structure domestic and international cover together, with location-specific eligibility, provider access, and emergency benefits agreed before launch.

Are existing conditions included?

That depends on the policy and underwriting arrangement. We identify pre-existing-condition terms, waiting periods, and continuity-of-cover options during the proposal—not after enrolment.

Who handles a disputed or delayed claim?

A member can contact the claims team directly for status, missing documents, a coverage explanation, or formal review. HR doesn't become an intermediary for personal medical records.

What can we see before renewal?

Group-level utilisation, benefit use, enrolment changes, and renewal options. We explain cost drivers without exposing individual medical histories.
